About the Author
Dr. Moses Adeniyi Kolawole Ojo was born in Igogo Ekiti on February 20, 1945. Dr. Ojo began his early education at Emmanuel Anglican School, Igogo in 1950 and continued at Harding Memorial Secondary Modern School Ado Ekiti in 1958-60.
After completing his university education in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, he left Nigeria in 1971 to study medicine at Kiev Medical Institute (now National Medical University) in Kiev, Ukraine. He returned to Nigeria to begin his medical career at the State Hospital in Ado Ekiti and retired in 2013 as the Chief Medical Director at Ile Abiye Hospital, Ado Ekiti.
Dr. Ojo is a member of The Patriotic Club and Special Impact Group, Igogo. He is the Baba Ijo of Emmanuel Anglican Church Igogo Ekiti and the Bobagunwa of Igogo Ekiti Kingdom. He also holds the honorary titles of the Baba Ewe of Aramoko and the Agbayewa of Ijero Kingdom.
Today, when he is not ensconced in activities in Ekiti, he spends most of his retirement with his wife, children and grandchildren in the United States.
